After the Primary Record Review, the medical provider will determine if there is enough evidence for a claim and will accept, or reject the case.

Note: The Primary Record Review is NOT a medical nexus letter, but a necessary step to determine if you are eligible.
You will be notified after the Primary Record Review if your case is accepted or rejected. If enough information is gathered for the medical condition, we can move forward with the medical nexus letter. You’ll receive an email if there is enough information for a Nexus letter and you would like to proceed.
You will also receive an email if the medical provider does not feel that there is a strong enough case for a Nexus letter. It might be possible to reply with additional information that could made your case more compelling, but usually it means that it would be too difficult to show a connection between a medical condition and military service.
After payment the medical provider will draft the NEXUS letter.
