Our PROCESS

Primary Record Review

Please submit a Primary Record Review for the medical conditions you want to claim.

If more than one medical conditions are needed to be claimed, you must purchase another record review (prices below).

After the Primary Record Review, the medical provider will determine if there is enough evidence for a claim and will accept, or reject the case.

Steps to submit a Primary Record Review (PRR):

Go to the payment portal
Pay the non-refundable PRR fee ($150)
After payment, you will be given the option to go to the upload portal

Please upload all relevant documents. These usually include:

DD214 military record
Screenshot of your rated disabilities on ebenefits.va.gov.
All VA and non-VA medical records that may connect your medical condition to an existing service connected disability.
Personal statement on your medical condition how is it related to the military service existing service connected disability

Note: The Primary Record Review is NOT a medical nexus letter, but a necessary step to determine if you are eligible.

Claim Review (Standard or Express)

You will be notified after the Primary Record Review if your case is accepted or rejected. If enough information is gathered for the medical condition, we can move forward with the medical nexus letter. You’ll receive an email if there is enough information for a Nexus letter and you would like to proceed.

You will also receive an email if the medical provider does not feel that there is a strong enough case for a Nexus letter. It might be possible to reply with additional information that could made your case more compelling, but usually it means that it would be too difficult to show a connection between a medical condition and military service.

If accepted, the process will be similar to the one above. You will be provided a payment link
On the payment link, you can choose Standard or Express NEXUS.
There may be a request to upload additional information, in which case this will also be included in the email.

After payment the medical provider will draft the NEXUS letter.

Our Service Fees and Application Process for Nexus Letters

Nexus Letter Service Fees

Our service fees to produce a Nexus letter. First, we will review your primary record. If Nexus can be verified, we will proceed with a claim review. One condition per NEXUS letter.

Primary Record Review (Maximum 1 condition)

$150

Before we can proceed with a review of your claim, we have to review your records. Go to the payment page to get started. If more than 100 pages of medical records or more than 1 medical conditions to review you will have to purchase a second review.

Standard NEXUS

$500

Our standard service is an affordable route to obtain a letter for your VA disability claim. Perfect if you have some time before you plan to submit. Usually in 10 to 14 days.

Express NEXUS

$700

Is your claim mostly ready, but you are missing your Nexus letter? Express service is our priority service that allows you to get your letter completed in a timely manner. Usually Complete in 1 week.

Active Duty Record Review

$250

We will review your medical records and compile a list of qualifying medical items that you should submit to the VA for evaluation. This is ideal for a Service Member that will be retiring or separating the military. Pay now to get started.

NOTE: We will not submit the claim for you!
