Primary Record Review ($150)

Once you get confirmation that you paid for your Primary Record Review, please submit as many supporting documents as possible on the below page.  

These usually include:

• DD214 military record
• Screenshot of your rated disabilities on ebenefits.va.gov.
• All VA and non-VA medical records, including those that may connect your medical condition to an existing service connected disability.
• Personal statement on your medical condition how is it related to the military service existing service connected disability

Note: The Primary Record Review is NOT a Nexus Letter, but a necessary step to determine if you are eligible.
